About

JOBR, KURWA!™ – Job opportunities updated every hour from companies with a strong community of Russian-speaking relocants.

Company Selection

All vacancies are sourced directly from official company channels, and listed companies meet the following criteria:

  • 👫 They have a significant number of Russian-speaking employees, either because they originated from Russian-speaking countries, had offices there, or actively recruited Russian-speaking staff.
  • 🌍 They hire outside the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) and/or offer remote work options.

❗Some companies may restrict access to their vacancies from Belarus and Russia – use a VPN.

Hiring Advantages

Getting hired by such companies is easier than by fully foreign ones because they are more likely to:

  • 🗣️ Be less demanding about the level of English.
  • 🫂 They won't reject you due to cultural differences or simply because of your passport color.
  • 👥 You will likely be interviewed by people who are also from the CIS.

👉🏼 Moreover, adaptation to the new realities of life after relocation is much easier in such companies.

Why it Matters

Challenge

Imagine you're searching for a job outside the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) and you have a list of 400+ relevant companies.

How much time would it take to review all these companies to check for suitable vacancies?

How often do you need to do this to avoid missing new job openings?

And what if you don't have this list of companies?

How much time would it take to find such companies yourself? 🤔

Solution

With JOBR, KURWA!™ you save days and weeks on these operations.

At the very beginning you'll only need 10-15 minutes to read the description and understand how the search works.

Then just several minutes to experiment and create a customized query that you will reuse going forward.

The search results are generated in seconds. Thus, all subsequent searches for new vacancies take seconds! 😀

How to Search

1

Vacancy Title Keywords

First of all, consider which keywords appear in the titles of your desired jobs. Let's use the QA (Quality Assurance) role as an example. These titles can contain QA, or Quality Assurance, or even tester.

So, we can make 3 search requests to find vacancies containing these keywords:

qa
quality assurance
tester

Or it's way better to combine them into one search by question mark ?:

qa ? "quality assurance" ? tester
2

Double Quotes

Notice how double quotes "..." help us to deal with exact matches to search. We can use them to:

  • search multi word exact phrases:

    "quality assurance"

  • shorten words or just find all inclusions of a certain sequence of characters:

    "assur"

  • alternate postfixes – both Team Leader and Team Lead will be found by:

    "team lead"

3

Locations

We can specify location by country or city name:

qa?"quality assur"?tester poland

And variations using the question mark ?:

qa?"quality assur"?tester poland?limassol?"united states"

📌 Not sure how to spell a location name?

  • All location names are standardized for easy entry from any device keyboard. Standard English names from Google Maps are used, and all letters are standardized to A–Za–z, i.e. ŁódźLodz.

  • We can enter part of the name in quotation marks: "czech" will find Czechia, and "lisbo" will find Lisbon. This is helpful if you're unsure whether it's Czechia or Czech Republic, and Lisbon or Lisboa.

4

WORLDWIDE Remote and Work Format

We can choose a suitable work format if it matters - remote, hybrid, onsite.

qa?"quality assur"?tester poland remote

worldwide is for working remotely from any location (remote can be omitted here):

qa?"quality assur"?tester worldwide

Can be alternated with certain locations (note the difference):

  • Remotely worldwide or in Poland with any work format:

    qa?"quality assur"?tester worldwide?poland

  • Remotely worldwide or in Poland with only remote:

    qa?"quality assur"?tester worldwide?poland remote

❗Some companies don't allow work from Russia and Belarus.

5

Exclusion of Anything

Exclude unwanted terms by minus sign -. It can be anything – key words, locations, and even companies:

  • Skip vacancies for automation and advanced job positions:

    qa?"quality assur"?tester worldwide?poland -"auto" -senior -"lead"

  • Skip vacancies from huge companies EPAM and Luxoft, and also for India:

    qa?"quality assur"?tester worldwide?poland -epam -luxoft -india

  • Skip vacancies from EPAM only if these vacancies are for India (note that ? in exclusions works as AND logical operator, but as OR in regular cases):

    qa?"quality assur"?tester worldwide?poland -epam?india

❗Some vacancies can have all Remote, Hybrid, Onsite work format options, so don't use ‑onsite or ‑hybrid as it also skips these vacancies. It's better to just specify remote, hybrid or remote?hybrid in the query.
